Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl, let stand 10-60 min.
Warm oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Add mixture to oil, add raisins. Stir with wooden spoon.
Cook for 15-20 minutes stirring often. Do not let bottom of mixture burn. When all the milk has been absorbed and smarni is somewhat dry, remove from burner.
Serve with icing sugar, maple syrup or jam.
